If you are working at an event as a crew member, you must hold the correct visa status. Under local laws and policies, a tourist visa cannot be used for any type of paid or voluntary work.
Tourist visas are for leisure only. They do not grant permission to work at events or perform any job duties.
Use a BeastPass-issued visa for work. All crew members working at events need to be on a visa issued through BeastPass that covers employment.
Contact your organization manager or support. If you only have a tourist visa but believe you should be working, reach out to your organization manager or our support team to arrange the appropriate visa.
Stay compliant. Always ensure your visa type matches your reason for entering the country; working on a tourist visa may breach immigration rules and could result in penalties.
