If you’re logged into BeastPass but can’t see your driver details for an upcoming transfer, don’t worry. Driver details will only appear once a driver has been assigned to your ground transportation.
When will I see driver details? Driver assignments are typically made one day before your scheduled transportation. Once assigned, the driver’s contact information and vehicle details will automatically appear in your BeastPass account.
What if nothing appears? If no driver details are shown, it simply means a driver hasn’t been assigned yet. Please check back closer to your transfer date.
