Crew members can collect airline miles or points on booked flights by adding their frequent flyer (loyalty program) number to their reservation.
Log in to the airline’s “Manage Booking” portal:
Go to the airline’s website or app.
Find the section labeled “Manage Booking,” “My Trips,” or similar.
Use your booking reference and surname (found in your BeastPass flight details) to access your reservation.
After your flight:
If miles or points don’t show up automatically, most airlines allow you to submit a “missing miles” claim form.
You’ll typically need your ticket number or boarding pass to file this claim.
